Current Developments

Bangor University

The current development at Bangor University of 1,136 units of en-suite study bedrooms and ancillary units is progressing rapidly despite recent poor weather. The total development comprises of 11 blocks, 6 of which were delivered and fully occupied by the students for the September 2008 term and the rest by September 2009. Tai Cartrefi and Grŵp Gwalia are very much looking forward to working in Bangor and working with our new partners at Bangor University.

Swansea University

The second phase of development at Swansea University Campus has now been completed. This includes two new blocks containing a total of 351 en-suite study bedrooms, which the University recently named Penmaen (10 storey) and Horton (6 storey). Both sets of halls were fully occupied by students in September 2008. The first phase of this development consisted of 272 bed spaces in the now popular residences at Caswell, Langland and Oxwich.
